We are looking for an experienced Technical and Commercial Manager with extensive technical and commercial knowledge to join the OX2 team in Poland.
About the job
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Cooperate with the client, monitoring, reporting, and site manager teams to operate wind farms on behalf of the owner’s (investors)
- Continuously trial to optimise the returns from the investment for the owners
- Analyse performance of wind parks
- Commercial analysis for the wind parks going forward (budget, planning & operations) and backward
- Manage local contact with authorities and local service providers
- Manage contact with grid company and other stakeholders
- Responsible for the performance of specific wind farms including the WTGs and BoP
- Planning the inspections for each year
About you
As a person, you are good at building relationships, easy to collaborate with and want to contribute to a positive work culture. You are responsive and have good communication skills. You are also responsible and structured with strong management skills.
Requirements for the position:
- Knowledge about the wind industry
- Experience in O&M or Asset Management
- Understanding of technical operations of wind turbines and parks
- Analytical skills to interpret production and operations data and errors (Scada, CMS, Bazefield) with the ability to draw conclusions
- Good organisational skills and “delivery attitude”
- Good communication skills orally and in writing (in English)
- MS Office, in particular Excel
