About the job

As Head of Communications for all OX2 operations in Finland you will be responsible for the communications strategy and the OX2 brand in Finland. Also development and implementation of communication and public affairs for OX2 in Finland and structuring and distributing the communication work for OX2 Finland. You will be planning, editing and producing content for internal and external communication channels (including website and social media) and leading and structuring the communication work linked to the projects, including the development of communication plans and the inauguration of parks.

Besides proactively maintaining and nurturing the external media network, you will also lead, train and develop the competencies of internal talents in communication techniques and initiatives. You will be a member of management team in Finland and report to Chief Sustainability, Communications and People Officer, Katarina Grönwall in Sweden.

About You

For this position we want you to have:

• 10+ year experience in overall communications management and sustainability communications
• Knowledge and interest in the energy and/or relevant other sectors and green transition
• Leadership skills to share knowledge and build communications strategy to OX2 Finland
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Finnish, Swedish and English language skills

As a person we expect you to have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external counterparties across all levels and across diverse cultures. Further on, this position puts high demand on your planning and organising skills and we think you would need to have an independent working style.
