We are now looking for a Treasury Front Office Analyst to join our Group Treasury team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting OX2’s continued growth by working with interest rate risk management, funding and liquidity assessments, and reporting in our treasury tools.

Group Treasury at OX2

Group Treasury is responsible for identifying and managing current and emerging financial risks across OX2’s holdings, as well as advising the business on treasury-related matters. You will be part of an experienced team always looking to manage OX2s liquidity, refinancing needs, and financial risks in an efficient way. “

Treasury Front Office Analyst

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop within treasury, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute to building a sustainable future together with OX2.

Responsibilities will include:

• Create and manage treasury-related reports, forecasts, and monitoring of liquidity, hedging limits, and thresholds
• Prepare regular funding and liquidity reporting to Management and owners
• Analyze interest rate exposure and execute interest rate transactions in line with policies and instructions
• Maintain close dialogue with banks to ensure OX2’s needs are handled efficiently
• Support projects related to structuring, setting up, and transferring treasury data into new systems (Power BI, TMS, ERP) and build user-friendly reports and dashboards
• Manage covenant and other bank reporting
• Conduct counterparty risk management and security package analysis
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analysis for treasury topics
• Manage deal confirmations and data in the Treasury Management System

Your responsibility will gradually increase, and your tasks can be adapted to your interests and capabilities. 

Qualifications

We believe you have 2–4 years of experience in a similar treasury/analyst role and bring strong analytical skills combined with a proactive and independent mindset. To succeed in the role, you are structured, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating across functions and with external stakeholders.

You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience from treasury functions and applicable treasury software.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of derivatives (interest, FX).
• Understanding of facility agreements (e.g. debt, lease, asset transfer, share purchase).
• Solid MS Office skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance and fraud prevention.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.
