SCADA & OT Expert

OX2 TCM is seeking an experienced SCADA & OT Expert to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be a key player in the implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems for renewable energy assets, supporting critical infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for integrating data to top-SCADA systems, ensuring connectivity across platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

• SCADA System Implementation & Configuration: Manage SCADA SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and support the implementation of SCADA systems.
• Data Integration to top-SCADA Systems: Lead efforts to integrate data from various sources into top-SCADA systems, ensuring smooth communication and real-time data flow.
• Report Generation & Management: Create reports for system monitoring and analysis.
• Data Flow Interpretation: Set up and interpret data flows, ensuring seamless integration and reporting.
• Certificate & Network Management: Perform troubleshooting related to system certificates and resolve network and communication issues.

Your qualifications and experience:

• SCADA & Networking Expertise: Solid foundation in SCADA systems and networking technologies.
• System Integration & Troubleshooting: Proven experience with integrating and diagnosing SCADA systems, including managing network infrastructure like firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Data Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating data for centralized monitoring and control.
• Network Troubleshooting & Configuration: Diagnose and resolve issues related to communication networks, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Protocols & Standards: Familiarity with ODBC, OPC UA, IEC-104, and signal list configuration.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong background in SCADA systems and networking. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additionally, the following technical skills are beneficial:

• Data Management & Analysis Tools: Experience with data management and using analysis tools to support decision-making.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with any types of databases is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Programming Knowledge: Basic programming skills for system customization and automation tasks.
• Experience with top-SCADA systems: Prior experience working with top-SCADA systems is a plus, but not required.

Employment rate: Full time
Location: Preferred location is Stockholm, but the position can also be based at one of OX2’s other offices in Malmö, Göteborg, or Östersund.
