Our IT organization is growing, and we are now looking for an Analytical Engineer to join our expanding Data team. In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of our global data and analytics environment, reporting directly to the Data and Analytics Manager.

You will work closely with business teams, product managers, and IT specialists to ensure data flows smoothly, insights are actionable, and data governance is maintained. This is a key role for driving data quality and analytics capabilities that support business growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to enable efficient and reliable data flows from multiple sources to our data warehouse, utilizing Python and SQL.
• Structure and transform raw data into usable formats through ETL processes and data modelling aligned with business needs.
• Develop interactive dashboards and static reports in Power BI to make data insights accessible to stakeholders across the company.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable stories tailored for non-technical audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define data requirements, customize analyses, and validate insights.
• Support data security and compliance efforts to ensure integrity and confidentiality of data.
  
  

Your Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has hands-on experience building data pipelines, data modelling, and working with data storage and analytics tools, preferably with Azure and Power BI.
• Has worked as a data or analytical engineer or in a similar capacity.
• Is skilled in cloud data management, SQL, and Python programming.
• Holds a relevant degree in computer science or a related field.
• Is proficient in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.

Merits

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
