IT Product Specialist – Consolidation, ESG & Planning

Optimize our OneStream EPM system to power financial planning, consolidation, and ESG reporting across global operations

As IT Product Specialist within Performance Management, you will own and develop our EPM system OneStream to support financial consolidation, planning, and ESG reporting processes. You ensure the system is aligned with business needs, driving continuous improvements and collaborating closely with process owners, IT teams, and external partners. 

You will take a lead role during the EPM implementation, working cross-functionally with ERP teams and finance experts to deliver a seamless and future-proof solution. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and optimize EPM system configuration to support Performance Management processes. 
  • Collaborate in an agile environment with colleagues, consultants, and vendors to implement updates and enhancements. 
  • Act as the IT stream lead for EPM implementation and integration with ERP systems (e.g. IFS Cloud). 
  • Partner with process experts and stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements. 
  • Facilitate workshops and prioritize IT requests aligned with company strategy. 
  • Contribute to the IT roadmap, budgeting, and governance for relevant systems. 
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive system improvements. 

Your Profile 

  • Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar. 
  • +3 years of experience from maintenance of EPM, or similar solutions. 
  • Experience with EPM/ERP implementations, preferably OneStream. 
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation, and ESG reporting processes. 
  • Skilled in bridging technical and business requirements with excellent stakeholder management. 
  • Experience leading external consultants and vendors in system development. 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. 

Merits 

  • Background in energy or construction sectors. 
  • Knowledge of IT governance, strategic IT planning, and Agile/Hybrid methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with IT tools like JIRA.
