Position Overview
The Supplier Contract Record Specialist is responsible for maintaining and organizing supplier contract records, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and easy accessibility. This role supports both procurement and legal teams by managing the supplier contract repository, inputting contract data, monitoring key dates, and facilitating contract-related processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

In this role you will report to Head of Indirect Procurement as a part of the group purchasing team. You will drive improvements in contract coverage and contract record management, while promoting contract compliance across the business. 

In OX2's ongoing ERP system implementation, the Supplier Contract Record Specialist will play a key role in setting up the correct contract data and structure within the system to ensure seamless flow and proper use of contract data in day-to-day operations. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain a centralized database for contract documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and key milestones.
• Implement and manage systems for efficient contract tracking, while continuously improving workflows and data integrity.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure contracts adhere to internal processes and standards.
• Provide training to stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
• Analyze contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
  
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 2-4 years in contract management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., IFS Cloud, SAP Ariba), advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of supplier contracts, legal standards, and CLM tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
