Position Overview
The Supplier Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, ensuring data integrity, and supporting procurement and compliance processes. This role involves managing supplier documentation, facilitating supplier onboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

You will report to Head of Indirect Procurement as a part of the group purchasing team. In this role you will drive process and system improvements, supporting business stakeholders and purchasers to increase efficiency in purchasing processes. In the ongoing ERP system implementation at OX2, you will play a crucial role in setting up the correct data structure to ensure seamless data flow in the new system environment. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in data management.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor supplier records for compliance, and identify potential risks, recommending corrective actions.
• Generate reports on supplier performance and compliance metrics, supporting procurement decisions.
• Drive process improvements and refine supplier record management systems and best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years in supplier management, procurement, or data administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., IFS Cloud).
• Strong data structuring, compliance knowledge, and understanding of data protection regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to drive change.
