IT Product Specialist – Dynamics 365 Sales

OX2’s IT organization is hiring an IT Product Specialist to lead the development and continuous improvement of our CRM platforms built in Dynamics Power Apps. You’ll play a key role in OX2’s digital transformation, supporting OX2’s Teams working with Sales and Customer management processes.

As part of the IT Business Solution Team, you will work close with other colleagues working with stakeholder management and sales applications. You will collaborate closely with process specialists, stakeholders, IT teams, and external IT partners. This position requires technical expertise, project management skills, and an understanding of business needs.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, process specialists, and IT teams to align implementation solutions and priority with business goals.

• Drive initiatives that translate the business needs to technical solutions.

• Together with business process specialists, own the roadmap and backlog for our MS Dynamics platform, ensuring clear deliverables for internal IT team and IT partners.

• Collaborate with other IT product owners to build cross-platform functionality as well as resolving cross-functional issues.

• Perform system configuration and coordinate integration activities

• Plan and oversee product releases, manage risks, and foster continuous improvements.

• Manage budgets for licenses and consultant services to related systems

• Ensure systems comply with OX2’s IT security framework.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for a candidate who has genuine interest and experience in leading the development of our CRM platforms which is growing rapidly to support more of our processes. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence and project management / leadership skills.

You have:

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Platform Lead, or System Maintenance Lead.

• Strong knowledge in Sales Processes and CRM system functionalities (a bonus with MS Dynamics 365 CRM/Power platform)

• Experience working in Agile/Hybrid development environments and familiar with IT management tools, such as JIRA An analytical mindset and great problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Experience from IT Security frameworks are very valuable but not required.
