We’re expanding and so is our procurement team! OX2 are now seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and support the procurement of wind turbines during the construction phase of our projects.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop the procurement strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial and risk aspects 
• Support negotiations and stakeholder management with suppliers, contractors, project managers, engineers, and legal advisors 
• Plan, procure, and negotiate turbine supply agreements (TSA) and service & maintenance agreements (SMA) 
• Identify opportunities to optimize the procurement process, such as through project bundling or schedule adjustments 
• Analyze supplier information, including credit risk and production capacity 
• Provide support during the construction and operational phases, including claim management 
  

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably in the wind energy industry 
• Expert knowledge in negotiations, commercial management, and contract risk management 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills 
• In-depth understanding of commercial aspects, construction/supply contracts, and wind turbine technology 
• Good knowledge of claim management and legal aspects related to contracts 
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
